Individuals are welcome to buy on Amazon, Etsy or Ebay.

All our products are made in Europe (Lithuania).

 
If you are A BIG FISH (wholesaler, distributor, importer, retail chain, etc.), please feel free to register here to open the trade account or contact us at sales@mustaches.eu You will be provided with special conditions, wholesale prices, samples, etc. We sell and ship worldwide: USA, Canada, Japan, Middle East, Australia and Europe.
 
If your are A RETAILER (vendor, costume or party  shop owner, etc. ), we are happy to sell you (conditions apply). We have distributors in many countries. Please contact us at sales@mustaches.eu, if you want to buy from your local distributor. For the rest, we are happy to sell moustaches any time, please feel free to register here to open the trade account.

Ordering

Once your account is authorized you have to log on to place an order. You will place your order via our secure web-shop. It is as easy as it can be. If any problems occur, please contact our customer service at cs@mustaches.eu

Pricing and currency

All web shop visitors see wholesale prices once their trade account is approved. They also are able to see RRP (Recommended Retail Prices). Our home currency is EURO, so prices in other currencies are subject to change as currency rates change.
 

Minimum order and Shipment price

Minimum order amount, MOQ and shipment price is set individually during the trade account approval procedure.

Shipment time

Trade customers may keep in mind, that we do not stock big quantities of moustaches and beards, so last minute orders before Halloween are almost impossible. Please be reasonable and place your orders way in advance. We commit in shipping your orders within 2-3 weeks in most cases. You will be provided with a tracking no. Normally shipment takes about 1 week or less in Europe, or two weeks or less in the USA. In some cases, shipment can take up to 3 weeks (high season, small orders).

Invoice and order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation automatically when your online order is completed, if this does not happen in 1 hour, please check your spam folder. During the next 1-2 working days, you will receive an email from our manager confirming your order and payment details (upfront, credit card, credit or other payment terms are possible). Invoices are issued only before the shipment, when the order is ready.


Returns and exchanges

Items can be returned, exchanged or replaced if they are returned to us in clean, unmarked, with original package, sellable condition. As our moustaches and beards are party items, we can accept returns only 14 days after you receive them. The buyer must pay postage expenses. If the product is defective, we will accept returns 30 days from the receiving day and we will pay the postage expenses. Please, in all cases contact returns@mustaches.eu, if you do want to return or exchange your ordered product. We will provide you with a return no. which must be indicated on your return.

Online shopping security

All data you provide by registering is stored in a secure server. When authorized, do not forget to change your login password. We provide your name, phone no. and delivery address only to the courier.
