Returns

Items can be returned, exchanged or replaced if they are returned to us in clean, unmarked, with original package, sellable condition. As our moustaches and beards are party items, we can accept returns only 14 days after you receive them. The buyer must pay postage expenses. If the product is defective, we will accept returns 30 days from the receiving day and we will pay the postage expenses. Please, in all cases contact returns@mustaches.eu, if you do want to return or exchange your ordered product. We will provide you with return no. which must be indicated on your return.
